MEA is an Emergency Medicine management company which works closely to manage entities which staff emergency departments, occupational medicine departs and emergent care centers. The entities managed by MEA are referred to as MEA affiliated entities.
Each MEA affiliated entity is a physician owned and operated group dedicated to providing the highest quality emergency care. The physicians of MEA believe that we stand in a unique position in the spectrum of health care. The Emergency Department is a focal point for interaction between the community, Hospitals and Medical Staff.
MEA and its affiliated entities have been in business for over a decade. MEA affiliated groups staff several Emergency Departments, twenty-four hour Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine Centers, and employ approximately 150 physicians and allied health practitioners. MEA and its affiliated entities take pride in offering cutting edge programs and services developed specifically for medical practitioners and hospital partners. MEA physicians play a major role in hospital leadership, community service, creating hospital revenue opportunities, strategic program development, and hospital public relations.
